VESSEL WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

ORIGIN BOATS warranty is limited to any structural hull defects caused by poor workmanship for a period of
five years (recreational use) and 1 year (commercial use) after the sale of the boat provided that:

SPECIAL CONDITIONS
- The boat must be used only within the requirements of the capacity plates attached.
- The outboard motor must be supported whilst traveling.
- The boat must not have been altered in any way or operated outside the limits of normal conditions.
- The boat has not been neglected, accident damaged or abused.
- The warranty is limited to structural hull repairs and does not cover any consequential expenses beyond this.
- Any warranty work to be carried out is performed at the premises of manufacture and does not include any freight costs, unless other arrangements are made.
- The warranty does not include any items damaged due to wear.
- The warranty does not include any deck fittings.
- The warranty does not cover any work performed on the boat other then work performed by Origin Boats.
- The boat is water tested before use with the builder or a representative nominated by the builder.
- The maintenance schedule provided is adhered to.
